Meeting with CPI – the biggest program in Afghanistan to strengthen the civil society.

“Yesterday’s bomb exploded 200 m from my house. 40 injured and 10 killed. And today I’m at work laughing and working with my colleagues like nothing has happened. Sometimes I wonder if we are psychologically crazy to do that. But that’s how we do it.”

That was one of the honest and important statements at our meeting with CPI (CounterPart International) yesterday. CPI is an agent for USAID and runs the biggest program in Afghanistan to strengthen the civil society.
