In Namibia, we support women directed NGO Pots of Hope in small town Kamanjab, Namibia, to conduct Community Dialogues on gender equality to reduce gender based violence. Pots of Hope’s local trainers also do workshops for children to strengthen their self-esteem and discover children at risk.
“This, what you teach us about listening and emotions, will be of great help when we talk to and listen to people in our community.” Said by one fo the volunteers at a workshop about conducting community dialogues and study circles around gender based violence and children’s rights.
